Finally got well enough to run again. The weather turned nice for a few days and I got sick so couldn't enjoy it. So here it a high 27 today and I 'm ready to run on the treadmill.

same...just got back on treadmill to do my speed workout, knowing by calf was tight...seized up early on so now i'm babying it again.
