Finally back up to full strength after the cold. I ran into Russel Allison over on the Sutton Trail, we ran another lap around the trail and then headed towards his house. Russell has done a lot of Ultrarunning before it was well attended. He competed in the race across America that lasted about 2 months at 50-60 miles a day. And he also is owner of Andy Alligator an amusement establishment. It was great talking with Russell it really made my 12 miler go by quick. 1:40:22 I jumped on the treadmill in the evening for 5 calorie roasting miles to work off some of the trash I ate on New Year's Eve. 37:17 |
