| I'm glad to get this last 100 in. I started off very conservatively and ended up passing a lot of runners. The weather was nice, all through the race I wore the same singlet from start to finish.

| Meetings of base this week so I will have to get a run in when possible. Tonight on the treadmill 8x400 @8 MPH with 5% hill and 400 recovery @7.5 MPH. Finally broke 150 on the max heart rate. |

| I slept in so didn't get out to Draper Lake until about 9:00, OU Cross Country van was out there and they were fininishing up as I was getting started. A little war for the end of Oct. so I carried water with me. Went on the dirt road heading south at 8:20 pace and brought it in at 7:40 turning around about half way across the dam. |
